By booking and using Pristine Auto Care's services, You agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully, as it outlines the rights, obligations, and restrictions applicable to our services. Your acceptance of these terms is binding upon booking and/or use of our services.
"Services" refer to the range of car washing and detailing services, both basic and premium, provided by Pristine Auto Care.
"Booking" refers to the reservation of a service appointment through Pristine Auto Care's website, mobile application, or designated contact channels.
"Vehicle" refers to the Customer's car or other automobile receiving our Services.
"Technician" means any individual assigned by Pristine Auto Care to carry out the Services at the location specified by the Customer.
Pristine Auto Care provides professional doorstep car washing and detailing services as per the current offerings displayed on our website, mobile app, or as otherwise communicated directly to You.
Our service offerings may include, but are not limited to: exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, detailing, upholstery cleaning, and other treatments designed to enhance the appearance and condition of the Vehicle.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services without prior notice, and any modifications shall be effective upon their display on our website, mobile app, or other communications.
To be eligible to use Pristine Auto Care's services, You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
By booking or using our Services, You represent and warrant that You have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information You provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
All service bookings must be made through Pristine Auto Care's website, mobile app, or designated customer service channels. We will confirm bookings through email, SMS, or push notification, depending on the platform used for the reservation.
Bookings are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
Upon booking, You agree to provide access to Your Vehicle at the specified location and time. Failure to grant timely access may result in cancellation or rescheduling charges.
Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, details of which will be available at the time of booking.
Company Cancellations: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, vehicle unavailability, or other technical issues. In such cases, we will notify You as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
No-Shows: If You fail to be present or provide access to the Vehicle at the agreed time and location, Pristine Auto Care may consider it a "no-show" and reserve the right to charge the full service fee.
Payment Options: Pristine Auto Care accepts multiple payment methods, including online payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other available payment gateways. Cash payments may also be accepted at the time of service completion, if previously agreed upon.
Advance Payment: Certain services may require advance payment or deposit at the time of booking. These payments are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Service Fees: Service fees will be clearly communicated during the booking process and are subject to applicable taxes and charges. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
Changes in Charges: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to revise service fees or charges without prior notice. In the event of such changes, You will be notified, and the updated charges will apply to future bookings only.
Our Technicians will arrive at the location specified by You within the agreed time window. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or unforeseen scheduling conflicts.
The duration of each service may vary based on the selected package and the specific condition of the Vehicle.
Pristine Auto Care does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary depending on the Vehicle's prior condition and factors such as age, make, and model. Our Technicians will take all reasonable care to deliver quality results as described in each service package.
Upon completion of the Services, You are encouraged to inspect the Vehicle to ensure satisfaction with the results. Any issues must be reported promptly, and if feasible, we will address them before leaving the location.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding Your Vehicle's location, condition, and any specific requirements related to the Services.
Safe Environment: You must ensure that the location provided for service delivery is safe, accessible, and permits vehicle washing and detailing activities. Any permits or permissions required for service completion at the designated location are Your responsibility.
Vehicle Access: You must ensure that access to the Vehicle is provided at the time of the scheduled service. If the Vehicle is locked or inaccessible, Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges as stipulated.
Pristine Auto Care provides its Services on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties. While we strive to achieve high standards, we cannot guarantee specific results or the condition of the Vehicle after service, as outcomes may depend on various factors beyond our control.
No employee, agent, or other representative of Pristine Auto Care has the authority to extend any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the Company unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Pristine Auto Care's Services are subject to various limitations based on external factors such as weather conditions, accessibility, and the current condition of the Vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the Vehicle is in a condition that would pose safety risks to our Technicians, such as extreme dirtiness, hazardous materials, or damage that could worsen through cleaning.
Weather Conditions: Our Services may be affected by adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, thunderstorms, or extreme heat. In such cases, Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule or modify the service as necessary.
Location Restrictions: Certain locations may not permit washing or detailing due to regulations or property restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are in place, and Pristine Auto Care will not be held liable for any violations related to service location.
Preparation of Vehicle: You are responsible for ensuring that the Vehicle is ready for service at the scheduled time. This includes clearing out any personal belongings or valuables from the interior to avoid potential damage or loss. Pristine Auto Care is not liable for any loss of personal items left in the Vehicle during service.
Disclosures: You must disclose any pre-existing damage to the Vehicle's exterior, paint, upholstery, or other parts before the start of the Service. This includes any defects, scratches, dents, or non-operational systems.
Respect for Technicians: You agree to provide a safe, respectful environment for Pristine Auto Care's Technicians. Any inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.
Type of Serviceable Vehicles: Pristine Auto Care specializes in servicing personal cars and may not provide services for commercial vehicles, heavy trucks, or other non-standard automobiles. Any Vehicles that fall outside of standard specifications may require prior approval.
Prohibited Substances: Our Technicians are not permitted to handle or remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to biohazard waste, toxic chemicals, or illegal substances. If any such materials are present in the Vehicle, we reserve the right to refuse service without a refund.
Access and Property Limitations: Service locations must allow for safe access to the Vehicle and provide sufficient space for the cleaning process. Services will not be conducted on busy roadways, private or restricted-access zones, or any areas posing safety risks to our Technicians or equipment.
Standard of Care: Pristine Auto Care shall provide Services with reasonable skill and care as expected of a professional car washing and detailing provider. However, due to the varying conditions of Vehicles, we cannot guarantee results beyond our standard service scope.
Exclusions from Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for:
- Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of income, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
- Damages caused by pre-existing conditions in the Vehicle, including loose or worn-out parts, fragile paint, upholstery, or pre-existing stains and scratches.
- Damages resulting from Customer's failure to disclose material information about the Vehicle's condition or any misuse or unauthorized modification of the Vehicle following service.
Force Majeure: Pristine Auto Care will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, government actions, or unexpected travel restrictions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Pristine Auto Care, its affiliates, and Technicians harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations related to the Service location or Vehicle condition.
- Any third-party claims made against Pristine Auto Care arising from Your actions or omissions that adversely impact our Services.
Customer Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that certain Services, such as paint correction, polishing, or high-pressure washing, carry inherent risks to Vehicle surfaces and finishes, particularly if the Vehicle has prior damage, corrosion, or fragile coatings.
Waiver of Liability for Pre-existing Damage: Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for any damage to pre-existing defects or vulnerable areas, including but not limited to: paintwork, chrome accents, plastic trims, rubber seals, and upholstery. By agreeing to this waiver, You acknowledge that some areas of the Vehicle may not respond favorably to cleaning and detailing techniques.
Liability Limitation for Damages: If damage is caused by Pristine Auto Care's gross negligence or willful misconduct, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the specific Service rendered. Pristine Auto Care does not accept liability for repair or replacement of Vehicle components, loss of Vehicle use, or any consequential damages.
Inspection Upon Completion: Upon completion of each Service, You are required to inspect the Vehicle and inform the Technician of any issues or dissatisfaction with the Service rendered. If no objections are raised at the time of completion, the Service will be deemed satisfactory, and Pristine Auto Care will not be responsible for any claims raised thereafter.
Filing Complaints: Any complaints or concerns must be submitted to Pristine Auto Care's customer service team within 24 hours of Service completion. Complaints received after this period may not be accepted or addressed.
Resolution of Complaints: Pristine Auto Care will evaluate each complaint and, at its sole discretion, determine whether any remedy, discount, or re-service is warranted. In cases where the complaint is justified, our goal will be to address the concern to the best of our capabilities.
Service Guarantees: Pristine Auto Care strives to provide quality services as described in each service package. However, given the unique condition of each Vehicle, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Limitations of Guarantee: The guarantee does not cover issues related to prior damage, existing stains, or any issues resulting from the Vehicle's usage, maintenance history, or exposure to elements outside our control.
No Extended Guarantees: Any statements regarding service results, expected performance, or anticipated results provided by Pristine Auto Care or its representatives shall not be considered binding warranties unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer if, in our judgment, the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are not met or if service cannot be safely provided under the existing circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to cases where:
- There is a risk to the safety of our Technicians or equipment.
- The Customer fails to provide necessary permissions for service at the selected location.
- There are unreasonable or inappropriate demands from the Customer that fall outside the scope of standard Services.
Customer Data: Pristine Auto Care collects and processes personal information, including Your contact details, Vehicle information, and payment data, solely for the purpose of delivering our Services.
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect Customer data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, Pristine Auto Care is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from factors outside our control.
Consent to Communications: By booking a service, You consent to receive communications from Pristine Auto Care, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, promotional offers, and feedback requests.
Third-Party Disclosure: Pristine Auto Care does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill Service obligations or comply with legal requirements.
Pristine Auto Care disclaims any express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees concerning the performance or results of our Services beyond the scope defined in this Agreement.
No Guarantee of Perfection: The Services provided are aimed at improving the appearance and cleanliness of Your Vehicle. However, due to factors such as pre-existing damage, age, and usage, perfect results cannot be guaranteed, and Pristine Auto Care shall not be held liable for unmet expectations.
No Long-Term Warranty on Results: Results achieved through our Services are not guaranteed to last beyond a reasonable period as defined by the nature of the cleaning and detailing processes. Environmental factors, including exposure to weather, may impact the longevity of results, which are not covered by warranty.
Ownership of Content: All content, logos, trademarks, proprietary information, designs, images, and materials provided by Pristine Auto Care, whether on our website, mobile application, promotional materials, or in any Service-related communication, remain the exclusive property of Pristine Auto Care.
Usage Rights: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Pristine Auto Care's website and Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other usage, including modification, reproduction, or distribution of our content, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Pristine Auto Care.
Protection of Trademarks: "Pristine Auto Care" and other logos, trademarks, or service marks used in connection with our Services are registered or common-law trademarks protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes any proprietary or sensitive information related to Pristine Auto Care's business practices, service techniques, pricing structures, or customer data.
Non-Disclosure Obligation: You agree to keep any Confidential Information provided by Pristine Auto Care confidential and to refrain from disclosing it to any third party without our express written consent.
Exclusions: The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information already publicly known, independently developed by You, or disclosed to You without an obligation of confidentiality by a third party.
Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website and mobile application and will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Customer Notification: Pristine Auto Care will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of significant amendments to these Terms via email or other communication methods. However, it is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about updates or changes.
Acceptance of Amendments: Your continued use of our Services following any changes to the Terms and Conditions signifies Your acceptance of the revised terms. If You do not agree with the updated terms, You are advised to discontinue using our Services immediately.
Feedback Solicitation: Pristine Auto Care may request feedback or reviews regarding our Services to improve customer experience and service quality. Participation in providing feedback is voluntary.
Ownership of Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or comments provided by You shall become the exclusive property of Pristine Auto Care, without any compensation or acknowledgment required, and may be used for business development, marketing, or other lawful purposes.
Public Reviews: By submitting reviews on public platforms, You grant Pristine Auto Care a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display the review in connection with our Services, marketing, or promotional activities. However, Pristine Auto Care is not liable for any statements made in such reviews.
Account Creation: To access certain features or book Services with Pristine Auto Care, You may be required to create an account by providing personal details, contact information, and payment methods.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities conducted under Your account. Pristine Auto Care shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or use of Your account.
Account Termination: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
Company's Right to Terminate: Pristine Auto Care may terminate or suspend Your access to Services or account at our discretion, with or without notice, if You breach any term or fail to comply with any responsibility under this Agreement.
Customer's Right to Terminate: You may choose to discontinue use of our Services at any time, and Your account may be terminated upon request.
Effect of Termination: In the event of termination, all rights and obligations under this Agreement shall cease except for those provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to confidentiality obligations, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.
Initial Resolution: Pristine Auto Care encourages Customers to contact us directly in the event of any disputes or complaints related to our Services. We aim to resolve issues amicably and informally to maintain a positive service experience.
Mediation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties may agree to seek mediation as a means of resolution before pursuing any legal recourse. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by both parties.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our Services.
Time Limit for Claims: Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
Statutory Limitations: Certain laws may override the limitation periods stipulated in this Agreement. In such cases, the shortest enforceable period will apply.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to ensure that the remaining provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any breach or default of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Pristine Auto Care's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of its right to enforce such provision at any time.
Prohibition on Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without Pristine Auto Care's prior written consent.
Right to Assign: Pristine Auto Care may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate, subsidiary, or third-party in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets without notice to You.
Customer's Obligation to Indemnify: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pristine Auto Care, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Any breach by You of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any misuse or improper use of the Services provided by Pristine Auto Care.
- Any damage or harm caused to a third party resulting from Your actions or omissions during or after the provision of our Services.
- Any violation of applicable laws or regulations resulting from Your use of the Services.
Process of Indemnification: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by You. In such a case, You agree to cooperate with our defense and settle any related claims as directed by Pristine Auto Care.
No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if Pristine Auto Care was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on Liability: Pristine Auto Care's total cumulative liability arising from or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. If no payment was made, Pristine Auto Care's liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or an equivalent amount in another currency, whichever is lower.
Exclusions: Certain laws or jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to You. In such cases, Pristine Auto Care's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Provision of Services "As Is": Pristine Auto Care provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
No Warranty of Results: Pristine Auto Care does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the Services provided, including but not limited to complete stain removal, restoration of damages, or perfect vehicle appearance. Results will vary depending on the condition, age, and prior maintenance of the Vehicle.
Disclaimers of Implied Warranties: Pristine Auto Care disclaims any and all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet Your expectations or that any defects will be corrected.
No Guarantee of Service Availability: Pristine Auto Care does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our Services and shall not be liable for any interruptions or delays due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pristine Auto Care shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, internet or power outages, and governmental actions.
Notification of Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event affecting Service delivery, Pristine Auto Care will make reasonable efforts to notify You of the delay and attempt to reschedule the affected Service.
Pristine Auto Care Technicians and contractors are independent service providers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between You and Pristine Auto Care or between You and any of our Technicians.
No Authority to Bind: You agree that Pristine Auto Care Technicians have no authority to bind or represent Pristine Auto Care in any capacity outside of providing the Services in accordance with these Terms. Any agreements, statements, or promises made by Technicians outside the scope of the Service are not authorized by Pristine Auto Care and shall not be enforceable.
Consent to Electronic Communication: By using Pristine Auto Care's Services, You consent to receiving electronic communications from Pristine Auto Care, including emails, SMS messages, and notifications related to booking confirmations, service updates, payment receipts, and promotional offers.
Electronic Contracting: You acknowledge and agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, or other communications provided by Pristine Auto Care electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting our
customer service team. However, You may continue to receive essential service communications as required for Service delivery.
These Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable service descriptions, pricing information, and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire Agreement between You and Pristine Auto Care.
Superseding Previous Agreements: This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements, representations, or understandings (whether oral or written) between You and Pristine Auto Care relating to the Services.
Interpretation: These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted fairly in accordance with their plain meaning, and no presumption shall apply against the drafting party.
Headings: The section headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision within the Agreement.
Surviving Provisions: All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply after termination or expiration of this Agreement, including but not limited to Sections concerning indemnification, limitations of liability, disclaimers, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights.
Assignment by Pristine Auto Care: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity, successor, or third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
No Assignment by Customer: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without Pristine Auto Care's prior written consent. Any unauthorized assignment by You will be deemed null and void.
Non-Exclusive Remedies: The rights and remedies of Pristine Auto Care provided in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
No Waiver of Rights: No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement by Pristine Auto Care shall be deemed a waiver of any other term or condition or a waiver of the same term or condition at a future date. Failure by Pristine Auto Care to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Notices to Customer: Pristine Auto Care may send notices to You by email, SMS, or other electronic means, using the contact information provided during Your booking or account registration.
Notices to Pristine Auto Care: You may send notices to Pristine Auto Care by contacting our customer service team through the official contact information provided on our website or mobile application. Notices shall be deemed effective upon receipt by Pristine Auto Care's authorized representatives.
By booking a Service with Pristine Auto Care or by using our Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Representation of Consent: If You are booking the Service on behalf of another person or entity, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.
Service Pricing: The fees for Pristine Auto Care's Services are displayed on our website, mobile application, or communicated during the booking process. These fees may vary based on the specific Service package, location, and any additional options chosen.
Price Modifications: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to adjust its pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will not affect previously confirmed bookings but may apply to future bookings.
Payment Methods: Pristine Auto Care accepts multiple forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, digital payment platforms, and other options as specified in the booking process. All payments are processed securely.
Authorization to Charge: By providing payment details and booking a Service, You authorize Pristine Auto Care to charge the provided payment method for the total amount due at the time of booking. For recurring services, You consent to recurring charges as per the agreed terms.
Applicable Taxes: Prices for Services may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, and levies, as required by local, state, or national law. These taxes will be calculated based on Your location and included in the total payment amount during checkout.
Additional Fees: In the event of additional fees associated with unique service requests, such as special cleaning requirements or additional mileage, these will be communicated and agreed upon before the Service is provided.
Cancellation Policy: Pristine Auto Care provides flexibility for cancellations under specific conditions. If You need to cancel a booking, You may do so by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled Service time to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled Service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount, as Pristine Auto Care incurs costs for Technician allocation and preparation.

These links are provided for Your convenience, and Pristine Auto Care does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third parties.
Customer’s Responsibility: Access to and use of third-party links and services is at Your own risk. Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from Your use of third-party websites or services.
Accurate Information Requirement: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when booking Services, including Your contact details, vehicle type, location, and any specific service requests.
Update of Personal Information: You are responsible for promptly updating any changes to Your personal or payment information to ensure uninterrupted Service.
Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations while using Pristine Auto Care’s Services.

Non-Liability for Environmental Factors: Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for results impacted by environmental factors such as weather, pollution, or other natural conditions affecting the appearance or cleanliness of Your vehicle.
No Warranty of Service Availability: Temporary interruptions or suspensions of Service availability may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Pristine Auto Care shall not be held liable for associated delays or losses.
Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any property damage caused by You or anyone else present at the Service location during the provision of Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to the vehicle, the service location, or personal property in the vicinity of the Service area.
Notification of Pre-Existing Damage: You agree to disclose any pre-existing damage to Your vehicle or property that may affect the Service. Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage that was not disclosed before the Service.
Pristine Auto Care is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the Service. Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from the vehicle before the Service is performed.
Loss or Damage of Personal Items: Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Any items found by Pristine Auto Care staff during the Service may be reported to You but are not guaranteed to be stored or safeguarded.

Limitations on Cleaning and Restoration: While Pristine Auto Care Technicians use high-grade products and processes, certain limitations may affect results. For example, deep stains, corrosion, or structural damage cannot always be fully repaired or restored through our Services. Results depend on the initial condition of the Vehicle.
No Warranty for Environmental Damage: Pristine Auto Care is not responsible for any environmental factors affecting Your Vehicle after the Service, including weather conditions, road debris, and exposure to natural elements.
Pre-Service Condition of Vehicle: By using Pristine Auto Care’s Services, You acknowledge that the Service results depend on the pre-existing condition of Your Vehicle, and Pristine Auto Care will not be held liable for any claims arising from the natural limitations associated with cleaning and detailing.

Dispute Resolution Venue: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or Pristine Auto Care's Services, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Both Parties consent to this jurisdiction and venue for all claims.
Agreement to Arbitrate: Both You and Pristine Auto Care agree to resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the provision of Services, or any related matter through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Process for Arbitration: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by a qualified arbitrator agreed upon by both Parties or, failing agreement, appointed by a reputable arbitration institution. Arbitration will take place in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and each Party shall bear its own costs, except as required by the arbitrator.

Individual Resolution Requirement: You agree to waive any rights to participate in class actions or collective litigation related to any claims arising from these Terms or Pristine Auto Care's Services. Any dispute must be resolved on an individual basis, not as a representative of a class.

Limitation on Direct Damages: Pristine Auto Care's total liability to You for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by You for the specific Service in question.
No Liability for Third-Party Actions: Pristine Auto Care shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by third parties or as a result of third-party actions. This includes damages caused by independent contractors or subcontractors not under Pristine Auto Care's direct control.
No Liability for Service Location Issues: Pristine Auto Care is not responsible for any damages, delays, or failure to provide Services resulting from unsafe or unsuitable Service locations, including those where inadequate lighting, restricted access, or adverse environmental conditions exist.
Customer Agreement to Indemnify: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pristine Auto Care, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

No Waiver of Rights: Failure by Pristine Auto Care to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or any other provision. Effect of Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event, Pristine Auto Care's obligations under these Terms will be temporarily suspended until the situation is resolved. If the event persists for an extended period, Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to cancel affected bookings, and You will be entitled to a refund for any pre-paid Services that were not provided due to the force majeure event.
Customer's Restriction on Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of Your rights or obligations under these Terms without Pristine Auto Care's prior written consent. Any attempt to assign without such consent will be void.
Pristine Auto Care's Right to Assign: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party at its discretion. In such a case, Pristine Auto Care will notify You, and the Terms will remain binding on both You and the assignee.

Respect for Technician's Property and Equipment: You agree to respect Pristine Auto Care's Technicians and their equipment when they are present at Your location. Any intentional damage to Pristine Auto Care's property or equipment will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
Duty of Care for Premises: You agree to provide a safe and accessible environment for the Technician to perform Services. Unsafe conditions, including hazardous materials, obstructions, or unfit service areas, may result in refusal of Service without refund.
Responsibility for Follow-Up Maintenance: After Pristine Auto Care's Services are provided, You acknowledge Your responsibility to follow reasonable maintenance practices to preserve the results. Pristine Auto Care may provide maintenance guidelines, and failure to adhere to these may affect the durability of the Service outcome.

Right to Decline Service Requests: Pristine Auto Care reserves the right to decline Service requests that fall outside of our standard service offerings, are unreasonable, or cannot be safely performed under the conditions at the Service location.
Unlawful and Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use Pristine Auto Care's Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Pristine Auto Care, its personnel, or other customers. Complaint Response Timeline: Pristine Auto Care aims to acknowledge receipt of Customer complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within seven business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
Resolution and Remediation: Pristine Auto Care will work with You to resolve any issues and may, at its discretion, offer refunds, service credits, or other remedies as appropriate to the situation.
Feedback Use: Pristine Auto Care values constructive Customer feedback as a tool for improving Service quality and overall customer experience. Binding Arbitration: Should the Parties fail to resolve the dispute informally or through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration, as outlined in these Terms. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
Exclusions from Arbitration: Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, either Party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of law for disputes relating to intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or claims involving unauthorized use of Pristine Auto Care's Services.
Individual Claims Requirement: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or in court, will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in or bring a class action or collective claim against Pristine Auto Care.

Responsibility for Taxes: You agree that any applicable taxes, duties, or fees resulting from the use of Pristine Auto Care's Services are Your responsibility and that Pristine Auto Care has no obligation to withhold, collect, or remit such taxes on Your behalf.
